Move In and Move Out Regulations
- All moves must be booked in with Mia, Loading Dock Co-ordinator on 9685 0116 with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Bookings can be made anytime Monday to Friday from 7am to 5pm by calling the number above
- If a delivery arrives early, goods may be able to be unloaded at the Loading Dock Supervisor’s discretion, but no goods are permitted in lifts until 8am. A move will be stopped promptly at the end of the allocated time slot unless otherwise approved by Building Management. If a move goes over the allocated time this may impact on another move that has been booked by another apartment and incur an overtime charge.
- All deliveries must arrive via the loading dock located in Cook St.
- Before unloading begins, a copy of a Public Liability Insurance must be provided. Security will also ensure that the delivery company signs the Indemnity Form. If the delivery company refuses to sign, the resident must sign the form before the delivery can commence. If both parties refuse to sign the Indemnity form, unfortunately access will be denied.
- Residents will be informed that they will be held liable if their chosen delivery company causes any damage to Eureka Tower common property & refuses to accept responsibility.
- Blue cages located in the basement are available to assist with moves if required.
